These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text (SMS) messaging program operated by Titan Protection & Consulting ("Titan Protection," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms. Please also review our Privacy Policy.
Titan Protection & Consulting SMS Program
Types of messages and their purpose
If you provide your mobile phone number and affirmatively opt in, we may send you text messages for the following purposes:
- Service and account messages Scheduling and dispatch coordination, service updates, site and incident notifications, and account or billing notices related to the security services we provide.
- Sales follow-up Responses and follow-up for prospective customers who have requested information, submitted a form on our Site, or asked for a quote.
- Customer support Two-way conversational messages in which our representatives answer questions you have sent to us.
We do not send text messages for purposes unrelated to those described above.
Consent
Consent is obtained through a clear, affirmative opt-in — an unchecked consent box on a form on our Site — and is never pre-checked or bundled into another agreement. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may withdraw your consent at any time using the instructions below.

Message frequency varies. Our representatives may text a few times a day and will respond as often as you do.

How to opt out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or END to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single message confirming your opt-out, after which you will not receive further text messages from us unless you opt back in.
How to opt back in
If you opt out and later want to resume text messages, you may opt back in by submitting a new opt-in on a form on our Site, or by contacting us at support@tpcsecurity.com and confirming your consent. Until you do, we will continue to communicate with you by phone or email only, which may mean slower notification of time-sensitive service or site information.

Supported carriers and delivery
Text messaging is not available on all mobile carriers or devices. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and on factors outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile phone number, your text messaging opt-in, and the contents of your messages with us are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is shared only with the communications service providers that transmit messages on our behalf, solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive. Prohibited content
We will not use this messaging program to send content that is unlawful, misleading, deceptive, or harassing, and we do not send messages promoting hate speech, fraudulent schemes, or illicit goods or services. You agree not to use this program to send us unlawful, abusive, or harassing content. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of these terms and to report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
Legal compliance
Our messaging program is operated in accordance with applicable law and industry standards, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and applicable CTIA messaging guidelines. You agree to comply with all applicable laws in your use of this program.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
This messaging program is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that messages will be delivered without interruption, delay, or error. Text messaging must not be relied upon as the sole means of reporting or receiving notice of an emergency; in an emergency, call 911 or the emergency contact number provided in your service agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titan Protection & Consulting is not liable for any damages arising from your participation in this messaging program, including damages arising from delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages or from the acts or omissions of your mobile carrier or any third-party service provider.
Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued participation in the messaging program following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
